Active :
Mobile Content that is currently for sale in the Mamogo Marketplace.

Actual Earnings :
Earnings that are from completed transactions. These Earnings are Estimated Earnings that have cleared and are yours to keep.

Aggregator :
First point of wireless network connectivity. Aggregators work with carriers to implement the functionality of common shortcodes.
|
Carrier or Wireless Carrier :
A company that provides wireless telecommunications services.
|
Chat Bots :
Computer-generated responses sent to chat participants. These responses are sent without human operation interaction.
|
Child (Children) :
A person under the age of thirteen (13) years.
|
Commercial Messages :
Messages sent to a mobile device whose primary purpose is commercial.
|
Content Code :
The area where each user stores and manages their mobile content.
|
Content Provider :
A company that creates content and distributes it via shortcodes.
|
Credits :
Currency on Mamogo that you can use these to Upgrade your Listing. You can also convert Earnings into Credits.

Double Opt-in :
When a subscriber opts in to a program via two subscriber-initiated messages to a service provider as prompted by the terms of the program?for example, when a subscriber texts JOIN CHAT to a shortcode and then responds to a confirmation MT message prompt yes? in order to confirm acceptance of premium charges and terms and conditions, and join the service.

Earnings :
Revenue from sales of your content.

Estimated Earnings :
Due to the fact that carriers do not disclose specific information about cancellations and refunds all commissions are Estimated. Your Actual Earnings will be based upon your Estimated Sales and adjustments for these carrier discrepancies.

Favorite :
Content or Seller that you like and have marked as a Favorite. These can be found in 'My Mamogo' so you can easily locate them later.

Full Length Track :
is basically an MP3 that you can listen to on your phone but not use as a ringtone.
|
Gallery :
Area where all the Mobile Content you created is displayed.
|
Get Code :
This button generates a download code and instructions so that you can get this content onto your phone.
|
Impression :
is when a user sees your piece of content once on a specified page.
|
Listing :
How a piece of Content appears in the Mamogo Marketplace. it will have a thumbnail, price, name, rating, seller.

Listing Upgrade :
On Mamogo you pay credits to 'Upgrade' your listings to make them more attractive to potential buyers. there are all kinds of Upgrades form changing the appearance to the more eye-catching to have your listing Featured throughout the website.

Mamogo Marketplace :
the location where users buy and sell their creations.
|
Messaging :
Collectively, SMS and MMS messages sent to cellular phones.
|
MMS Message :
Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) is a standard for a telephony messaging systems that allow sending messages that includes multimedia objects (images, audio, video, rich text) and not just text messages as in Short Message Service (SMS).

MO :
Mobile Originated Message.

Mobile Content :
Items that you can download and use on a mobile phone.

MT :
Mobile Terminated Message.

Opt-in :
The process where a subscriber identifies that they want to participate in a program, and accept the terms and conditions of the program. See also Double Opt-in and Triple Opt-in.

Payout :
your payment form Mamogo. You need to request to your payout in order to be paid.
|
Premium Rate :
Programs or messages that result in charges above and beyond standard text messaging charges being applied to the subscriber's wireless bill.

Private Use Content :
Mobile Content that is created and used only by the user that created it. It is no longer for sale in the Mamogo Marketplace.

Program :
An application to peer content distribution service that runs on a shortcode.
|
Realtone :

Reports :
Records of your sales. you can print these to keep for your own records.

Ringtone :
is sound the plays when your mobile phone rings. There are two types of Ringtones available on mamogo: Realtone and Polytone.

Scheme :
An 'Upgrade' to your 'Listing' which changes the look of the Listing in the Marketplace so it is more attractive to potential buyers.

Screensaver :
is an animation the plays when a mobile phone is idle.
|
Seller :
User that is selling there mobile content on Mamogo.
|
Selling Profile :
this is your area where you can post information about yourself. it is a page entirely dedicated to you where your work is showcased.

Selling Status :
Tells the user the state of their content, whether its Active, Withdrawn, Private. The Selling Status can be seen in the Content Inventory.

Shortcode :
Special telephone numbers, significantly shorter than full telephone numbers, which can be used to address SMS and MMS messages from mobile telephones.

Single Opt-in :
When a subscriber opts in to a program via a subscriber-initiated message to a service provider as prompted by the terms of the program ?for example, when a subscriber texts JOIN HEALTH ALERTS to a shortcode, that subscriber is opting in to the service.

SMS :
Short Message Service (SMS) is a standard for a telephony messaging systems that allow sending messages (also known as text messages, or more colloquially SMS, texts or even txts) between mobile devices that consist of short messages, normally with text only content.

SMS message :
A message sent via SMS.
|
Standard Rate :
Programs or messages that result in only normal text messaging charges being applied to the subscriber?s wireless bill, or that result in messages being deducted from a subscriber's messaging plan allowance.

Subscription :
A product or service initiated by a subscriber to receive content on an ongoing basis, typically with periodic premium billing events. It is not a one-time usage service.

Tags :
These are words that buyers will type to search for your item.
|
Transaction History :
These are records of your purchases on Mamogo. Currently, this does not include any Content you have purchased.
|
Triple Opt-in :
An additional opt-in that is required from the program participant once they haveexceeded a defined premium fee threshold.

Video :
Most mobile phones now allow you to play videos. Record your own Videos and easily get them on your phone so you can watch them anytime.
|
Wallpaper :
is an image that goes on the background of a mobile phone screen.
|
WAP :
Wireless Application Protocol is an open international standard for applications that use wireless communication. Its principal application is to enable access to the internet from a mobile phone or PDA. Can be used to deliver content to mobile devices.

Withdrawn :
Mobile Content that has been removed from the Mamogo Markerplace. This Content has Content has been removed due to the fact that it has not sold lately.
