What is a Ringtone?
A Ringtone is sound that plays when a mobile
phone rings. There are two types of Ringtones
available on Mamogo: Realtone and Polytone.
A Realtone or 'Music Tone' plays actual music or
sound clips compared to a Polytone or 'Polyphonic
Tone' where synthesized instruments mimic the
original to produce a semi-realistic representation
of the song.
What is a Wallpaper?
A Wallpaper is an image that goes on the
background of a mobile phone screen. Mamogo
gives you all the tools and guideline to easily
create your own Wallpapers!
What is a Screensaver?
A Screensaver is an animation that plays when
a mobile phone is idle. These animations are
animated GIFs and are easy and fun to create
when you follow our guidelines.
What is a Video?
Most mobile phones now allow you to play videos.
Record your own Videos and easily get them on
your phone so you can watch them any time.
The following file formats are supported on
Mamogo: MP4 & 3GP.
What is a Full Length Track?
A Full Length Track is basically an MP3 that you
can listen to on your phone but not use as a
Ringtone. Mamogo makes it easy for you to
upload Full Length Tracks and listen to them on
your phone.
